Always have been. In my later years, Deep Space Nine has become my favorite...that is, after the classic series.

Yeah, DS9 sort of grew on me. But I'm still true to the crew of the 1701-D&E. ST:TNG will always be my favorite.

Saw "Snakes on a Plane" . First off the computer generated snakes sucked . They bit people on the buttocks , face , body and even one guy on his junk . Sam Jackson was right in his element of acting which I enjoyed. Take the movie for what its worth and it's not too bad. On a side note , I saw it at a new movie megaplex called The Grand . Super theatres . High back rocker chairs , all 18 theatres were DSS , 18 inch height difference between rows so your view will never be obstructed (unless Yao Ming ) sits in front of you . Regular fare of popcorn and snacks , as well as , gourmet hot dogs, pizza, coffee and frozen cappuccino. Butter dispensers were self service so you could load up . The chairs even had that "new car smell" .

Sorry Blue , but the Grand just opened here in Winston-Salem NC . Another great feature they have is print your own tickets at home (no more standing in line). A nice setup all the way around. If they ever open one in SWVA ya gotta go.

That would be nice, but I doubt it'll ever happen.

I would hate to see how much a gourmet hot dog costs at a movie theatre.

I know when went to see Pirates at Tinsel Town, they mentioned totally redoing the snack bar, having beer, etc. Going to put high definition screens in, show concerts, etc.

No idea when but sounded nice
